FACILITATION METHODOLOGIES
Program designs are prepared using the Instructional Design Methodology (ADDIE) to analyse the nature of the audience and
address their specific needs. Judicious implementation of the Cognitive and Affective domains, coupled with powerful
engagement tools (ILT / VILT) like gamification, story-telling, visuals, games, questionnaires, movie clips, case studies, role
plays, humour and plenty of brainstorming, brings out what the learners already know and help them transform themselves and
find solutions. Assessment tools like psychometrics, 180/360 degree feedback, surveys etc are implemented for pre & post
assessment of behaviors to evaluate the impact of the program considering the Kirkpatrick levels of assessment
